Standard Delivery and Dispatch

At Wise Skies we pride ourselves on dispatching 99% of orders within 1 working day. However, please note that sometimes when products and stock are located at a different branch or location an order may need to be delayed to move those items to the correct branch for dispatch.

All orders with a value of more than £4.99 come with free Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery which provides a 2-4 working day delivery time.

Next Working Day Services

We offer a variety of Next Working Day and speedy Delivery Services such as Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD Next Working Day and more, however not all of these are guaranteed next working day delivery.

For All DPD services it is expected that items are delivered the next working day 98% of the time however due to the nature of shipping items this can not be guaranteed. Generally it is expected to have delivery take place anywhere between 1-3 working days.

Please Note: All Next working day & Speedy Delivery Service orders must be placed before 1.30pm and will only be dispatched and delivered on working days. For example, If you placed an order with DPD Next Working Day Delivery after 1.30pm on a Friday then it will not be Processed and Dispatched until Monday with delivery Expected to take place at any point after Monday.

guaranteed Next Day Service.

Royal Mail Special guaranteed by 1pm is the only Service currently available that will guarante a next day delivery. This service must be placed between Monday to Friday and before 1.30pm for the order to be sent out the Same working day.

Currently we do not have any Delivery capabilities for Sunday.
